One-pot mushroom soup
Making a mushroom soup can be messy. This simple recipe allows you to make a creamy mushroom soup using only one pot.
500 g Grey oyster mushrooms
2 Yellow onions
Butter or oil
4 dl Cream
4 dl Water
Vegetable stock cube
Chop up the mushrooms and the onions,
Add butter or oil to the pot.
Fry the onions and the mushrooms.
Add the cream and water.
Add the cube of vegetable stock and some soy sauce.
Let cook on low heat for for 6-8 minutes. Stirr every once in a while,
Blend the soup with an immersion blender.
You can garnish the soup with some chive if you want to make it more pretty.
