Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Our main focus is on the European market. But yes, we do ship worldwide.
It is possible to order to anywhere in the world from our webshop.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for customs charges or seized packages when packages are shipped outside of the European Union.
What shipment methods are available?
We ship all order with the Finnish postal office (Posti) or GLS.
All shipments can be tracked.
How much will the shipping cost me?
Orders will be charged shipping fees depending on destination country.
You can check out the shipping fee for your country in the cart page.
We offer free shipping on orders over 80 € to the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany.
We offer free shipping on orders over 100 € to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain
We offer free shipping on orders over 120 € to the following countries: Norway and Iceland.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay your order in our webshop through Paypal, Paytrail or Klarna (in selected countries)
Paytrail offers a lot of different payment options like for example Debit/Credit card payments and direct bank transfers from selected banks.
Why are certain products made to order?
Mushroom mycelium is a fresh product and you will get the best results if the mycelium is as fresh as possible upon arrival.
Because of this we make all products containing mushroom mycelium to order.
If we were to keep stock of mycelium products it would in the end make for a worse product.
How long is the lead time of made to order products?
The normal lead time of most products containing mycelium is 2-3 weeks.
This is however an estimate and the lead times are not set in stone.
Sometimes orders are shipped faster due to planned overproduction.
During busier periods the lead times might be longer due to production bottlenecks.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can.
If you want your order to be delivered in a certain date range please let us know about it in the message field in the shopping cart.
We try our best to accommodate delivery date requests.
Cancellation & returns
For how long I cancel my order?
Can I return my order?
Due to the perishability and made to order nature of our products containing mushroom mycelium they can not be returned.
We simply can not resell or use the product once it have returned.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are returned to us are not refunded. We do however offer to resend them against an extra shipping fee.
Please note that we do not offer any performance guarantees on products that are reshipped.
If your order does not contain any made to order products it can be returned to us if done so within 14 days after the package have arrived to you.
Please contact us before you return the package.
Can you guarantee that the product will work?
We offer an harvest guarantee on mushroom grow kits.
If you for some reason don’t get an harvest even if you followed the instructions we will send you a new kit or refund you.
Please note that our harvest guarantee only applies to orders shipped inside the European Economic Area.
At the moment we do not offer any performance guarantees on mycelium dowels. This since mycelium dowels are meant for outdoor use we can not control or know the atmosphere where they are plugged.
Why do you not offer any guarantees on order shipped outside of EEA?
We do not offer any guarantees on orders shipped outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) because mycelium is a fresh and perishable product.
When we ship order outside of the EEA the shipping times are longer. And since we are not able to control the environment the products are sustained in during shipping we do not know the condition of the when they arrive.
In most cases the products are fine but we can not take responsibility för mycelium being weakened due to it traveling around the world.
I am having issues with my kit.
If you are having issues with your kit and want to redeem our harvest guarantee please contact us.
Please make sure to include pictures of the kit and your original order number to your mail.
Problems with products
My product was damaged during shipping.
If your products was damaged during shipping please contact us about it.
In most cases cosmetic damage does not affect the performance of the products. But if the product does not work the intended way due to shipping damage we will reship it.
I suspect that my product is faulty.
If you suspect that you product is faulty please contact us.
Faulty products are rare but happen every once in a while.
We are after all dealing with living organisms that are quite sensitive things can go wrong during shipping or during production.
If your product is considered faulty we will replace it.
I received the wrong product.
If you received the wrong product please contact us.
We are only human and sometimes mistakes happen in the warehouse.
If you received the wrong product you get to keep the product that was shipped and we will ship the correct product as well.
